Many clients ask us how to ensure the process for cancelling their timeshare is successful and how they can speed up the process. If you follow these tips for a success, your timeshare will likely be cancelled in months.

Do's

This is a list of standing guidance that assists the process for cancelling a timeshare.

  1. Do provide legible copies of timeshare documents to your Case Manager.

  2. Do communicate as much detail about what happened with your timeshare situation during Client Onboarding.

  3. Do alert your Case Manager of any and all correspondence regarding your timeshare.

  4. Do use the Client Portal to communicate and upload all documentation.

Don'ts

These are the easiest ways to ruin a case and prolong the process for cancelling a timeshare.

  1. Do not talk, email, write, or correspond with your timeshare developer unless directed to do so by your Case Manager.

  2. Do not take trips/vacations on your timeshare.

  3. Do not attend timeshare sales presentations, owner parties, or other marketing activities.

At the end of the day, it's important to remain resilient, patient, and dedicated to getting rid of your timeshare. It's no easy task to get out of a timeshare contract, but if you follow our process you will get out of your timeshare.
