I wanted to write some helpful tips on how to get the most out of the Cancel Timeshare App. Hopefully this helps make the process easier for you 😊.
What can I do with the Cancel Timeshare App?
These are the main functions of our web application and native mobile app:

Getting updates on your timeshare cancellation case
The first tool inside the Cancel Timeshare App is the Dashboard. Here you can see notes on your case directly from your Case Manager, see the status (phase) of your case, and book a 30 minute call directly with your Case Manager.
Securely upload timeshare documents for your Case Manager
You can securely upload as many timeshare documents as you want here. Please type your email that we have on file (it's how the app identifies it's your documents and trust me when I say we get thousands of documents every month). Another cool part of this document uploader is that you can upload as big of files as you want - there's no size limit.
Change your billing information
If you want to view payments, invoices, or update your card on file - simply navigate to billing and click the button. It will bring you to Superportal (our PCI compliant way of giving users access to billing info via Stripe).
Next you'll receive an email with a Magic Link (no password needed) that will enable your access to the billing portal.
