The process to get you out of your timeshare consists of five deliberate and succinct steps that start the day you select Cancel Timeshare as your service provider and end the day you are released permanently from your timeshare.

Step 1: Gathering Information

The first part of the process is to gather information from your previous purchase or purchases so we can analyze what you own, where it is located, the deed or ownership type, the financial liabilities associated with it, and the best strategy to get you out of your timeshare legally and permanently. Part of this process is a consultation with our firm, your Eligibility Assessment, the online Intake Form, and the documents you submit with your Welcome Packet.

Step 2: Analyze Case Details

After we receive your documents and information back, our team immediately begins analyzing your information. Depending on the situation, we may reach out over several more calls to further gather your input. Once we have all of the details, we come up with a dispute strategy to cancel the timeshare and an accompanying debt as quickly as possible.

Step 3: Dispute Process

The Dispute Process is a series of letters, emails, calls, and notices of wrongdoing that occurred during your timeshare purchase. We may contact the timeshare developer, regulatory agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other entities that may influence the outcome of the dispute. Most times the client is released from their timeshare through the direct dispute process. However, should we not get the results we are looking for we move to Step 4: Legal Escalation.

Step 4: Legal Escalation

This is where your case is given to an attorney. You, the client, may choose from any of our affiliated service providers to continue the process of legal escalation, which may include further disputes and negotiations, or even the filing of a lawsuit. This process occurs in less than 10% of our cases, but is designed for tougher situations when we have to engage the timeshare developer on stronger grounds.

Step 5: Process Complete

Congrats! You and your family saved thousands of dollars on your timeshare and don't have to worry about the ever increasing fees, the pressure from the sales people, or worry about your children taking over the timeshare when you're gone.
