Our Client Portal is designed to make the process of cancelling your timeshare as easy as possible. Part of the process is sharing documentation with your Case Manager and keeping everyone in the loop.

Here is a quick guide on how to upload your Case Documents:

Step 1 - Log in to the Client Portal

Step 2 - Navigate to the bottom of your Dashboard page

Step 3 - Click Select Files

Step 4 - Click Upload

The little checkmark means that we got your files 👍
