The most important part of our process to cancel your timeshare starts with Client Onboarding.
During this part of our process, our team begins to understand your situation, gather necessary documentation, and starts initiating necessary steps to cancel your unwanted timeshare the right way.
Step 1 - Welcome Email
After completing the Service Agreement, you will automatically receive a Welcome Email with your log in info for the Client Portal.
Simply copy and paste your pre-assigned password into the Client Portal log in section.
Step 2 - Begin the Client Onboarding Form
Inside the Client Portal you will be asked to begin Onboarding. Simply follow the steps on the form. Each field is mandatory - so if you miss one it may not work properly. Of note, some fields are already filled out (only update them if the info is inaccurate.
Onboarding Pro Tips:
Please upload legible PDFs only. Pictures of your contracts will not work.
Be descriptive in the summary about your case. At a minimum your case summary should answer who, what, when, where and why.
Ensure you review your info prior to submitting the form.
Be sure to book your Onboarding Call after submitting the form.
